In your first session, we introduce you to the transformative world of Reiki, setting the stage for our journey together. This initial Reiki session offers you an opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and create a foundation of trust. Your practitioner guides you through the session, allowing its energy to authenticate your experience. Afterward, we collaboratively identify five major areas that need healing, forming the blueprint for our work ahead. Subsequent sessions can be conducted virtually, should you choose. EMDR/Somatic Counseling: In your first EMDR and somatic counseling session, we’ll begin by discussing your history, concerns, and goals while creating a safe space for healing. You’ll be introduced to grounding techniques and gentle body awareness practices to help regulate your nervous system before moving into deeper trauma processing in future sessions. Reiki: In your first Intuitive Reiki session, we’ll begin with a brief discussion about your intentions, emotional state, and any physical or energetic concerns. During the session, you’ll relax as Reiki energy is channeled through light touch or hands placed just above the body, while intuitive insights may arise to guide your healing journey. You’ll leave feeling deeply relaxed, balanced, and with greater clarity on the energetic shifts taking place within you. Massage/Craniosacral: In your first session of lymphatic or myofascial massage with Reiki, we’ll begin with a brief consultation to discuss your concerns, intentions, and any areas of tension or stagnation. The session will incorporate gentle, therapeutic touch to release restrictions in the fascia or stimulate lymphatic flow, while Reiki energy work supports deep relaxation and energetic balance. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and with a greater sense of well-being as your body begins its natural healing process. Nutrition and Wellness Consulting: In your first nutrition and wellness session, we’ll begin with an in-depth consultation to discuss your current health habits, lifestyle, emotional well-being, and personal goals. Our approach is holistic—honoring the mind, body, and spirit connection—so we will consider not only nutritional needs but also energetic imbalances that may be influencing your wellness. Together, we will create a personalized plan that may include nutritional guidance, supplement support, intuitive insights, and wellness practices to help you move toward greater vitality and balance. This session lays the foundation for a sustainable, empowered healing journey.
