From a young age, I was drawn to the mystical and unseen forces that shape our reality. At just six years old, I discovered Doctor Strange and later, Star Wars—two stories that ignited a lifelong curiosity about the “Force” and our ability to connect with something greater. Even then, I believed that power was real. I just didn’t yet know how to access it—or that I wasn’t alone in seeking it.

In my youth, sports helped me find my place in the world, and I often experienced “the Zone”—a state of flow that now feels deeply spiritual. This early connection between the body and something beyond logic laid the foundation for how I now understand embodied healing and the integration of mind, body, and spirit. It was a glimpse into what I now help others reclaim: wholeness beyond the mask—the knowing that strength doesn’t come from suppression, but from presence.

My family wasn’t deeply religious, but I was sent to church regularly. I quickly embraced faith, was baptized at 12, and eventually became a youth leader. My father once shared the parallels between Greek mythology and scripture, which opened my eyes to the universal nature of spiritual truths. I began to understand that spirituality wasn’t confined to any one tradition—it was something living and personal. This early questioning taught me to value spiritual authenticity over conformity, something I now support clients in exploring when they’re unraveling rigid beliefs or inherited identities.

Later, I served in ministry for five years, mentoring and counseling men through life’s challenges. That time shaped my ability to hold space for others, especially men navigating shame, pressure, or grief. I saw how many of us carry silent wounds under layers of expectation—and how important it is to name, feel, and release what’s hidden. Today, this work continues as I walk alongside men who are ready to go deeper—to listen to their bodies, trust their emotions, and return to their truth.

Though ministry was meaningful, I eventually faced a painful unraveling—both in my personal life and in my identity. Divorce, disillusionment, and grief became the soil for a new kind of awakening. This was my sacred unraveling, a descent that showed me how real healing begins when everything familiar falls away. I stepped away from religious structures and into a more embodied and energetic understanding of healing—one that honors both the shadow and the light.

That journey led me to Reiki, energy work, and a deeper calling to guide others in reconnecting with their authentic selves. As a Spiritual Counselor and Reiki Master, I now support men in reclaiming their power—not by adding more, but by removing what was never theirs to carry. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space to explore the deeper layers of healing—through energy work, intuitive insight, and soul-centered conversation.

My work is rooted in the belief that every man carries a divine spark within him—and that by returning to the truth of who we are, we find strength, clarity, and peace. I also work with individuals of all genders who are navigating spiritual awakenings or deep shadow work. These experiences, though often intense, are not signs of something broken—they’re signs of something sacred being born.
